Month 1 -Month 4:

Begin practicing and drinking water NOW! You may find that you don’t need to adjust your eating routine at all as long as you are consuming calories by work out. By drinking somewhere in the range of two quarts to a gallon of water a day and decreasing soda pops, you can lose up to 25-50 pounds this year! The kind of activity you have to begin doing is strolling, biking, some essential workout, and/or swimming for 20-30 minutes 4-5 times each week.
